according to my noa2 the case is already forwarded to the consulate so i send them another packet?

No, the consulate will send the non-USC a package with more forms to fill out. Depending on the consulate, you either send the I-134 in with that or bring it with you to the interview. The instructions in the packet should say and you can check on the site for your specific country if you aren't sure.

Regarding what to submit, just fufill what it says. If I remember correctly it's like 2 of a list that they want. basically they just want to see a # that is above the 125% poverty line.

Agree! Supply the I-134 at the Embassy/Consulate stage. Given your previously stated income, your current W-2 and most recent tax filing will get it done. All the best to you both.

Agree! Supply the I-134 at the Embassy/Consulate stage. Given your previously stated income, your current W-2 and most recent tax filing will get it done. All the best to you both.

To be clear, the petitioner provides the I-134 and supporting documents to the beneficiary who then follows the Consulate's instructions (if any) with regard to them. In the absense of further instruction, the beneficiary carries them to the interview and hands them over if and when asked.

so when i do the i 134 do i just send it to my fiance and she turn it in to the consulate when interviewed or do i file with the consulate also i saw that they want things sent in duplicate does this mean duplicates of any financial records as well

is 2007 tax transcript ok or should i go back 3 yrs

we submitted 2005, 2006, 2007 tax transcripts. together with other necessary documents(W2, letter of employment, etc.)

AOS

03-03-2009 - AOS, EAD, AP sent to Chicago office (USPS)

03-11-2009 - Notice Date

03-25-2009 - Case transferred to CSC

05-05-2009 - GC, EAD card, AP received. :D

As per recent NVC requirements, only the 2007 is required and no longer the past three years' return as previously required. But do bring previous years' tax return (like what JamesNrei did) so as to really prove your fiancee's financial capacity.
