Changing jobs while AOS is pending

I've been employed for going on 2 years at my current job, but had the opportunity to interview for a new job this morning.

The interview went *very* well and she's in the process of scheduling a second interview as I type. I've been unhappy at the current job for a while, so I'm incredibly excited at the prospect of a change.

Even if the second interview is next week and I'm offered the job, it would still most likely be mid-late November before I start at the new place. There is a chance (well, slight chance.. lol) that Alf's AOS will be approved by then, but if not, is there anything I should do as far as the case is concerned? The salary should be the same if not a bit more, but the employment letter etc won't be correct anymore.

Thanks!!!

It won't influence anything. When the interview comes up just lt them know in case they ask. Take a letter from your new employer.

Don't let the choices chose you, chose the choices that you want.

It should be fine if you are still employed and making over the 125% of the poverty line. Just take info about your new job (letter, any pay stubs etc) to the interview.

Removing conditions:

10/9/10 - Package sent to Vermont

10/13/10 - NOA1 date, received 10/18
