just a quick confirmation, am I sending out my I-134 form along with my I-129f when I start my filing process?

07/06/09 Biometrics Appointment in Latham, NY

07/07/09 Able to access my app online. Touch

09/16/09 Received APPROVED letter in the mail - no update online

APPROVED 09/11/09 EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

09/24/09 Email received with Approval information.

Come on Green Card!!

Go ahead and do the I134 now - its good practice. If the approal comes quickly you can use it (I would say for up to 3 months) otherwise do a new one. Its good to practice - you will be doing the same for AOS - the form is I864 but is sort of similar. Good Luck

July 7 Received Passport in 3 weeks

Shredded all immigration papers Have scanned images
