ok got mu noa2 in the mail today but i thought they were going to request financials with this. it merely states petition approved and forwarded to the consulate in manila am i missing a step somewhere???? also it gives a valid till 2/23/09 what happens if things dont happen that fast

do i request an extension??

biggest concern is the financials i think i got everything but dont know what to send or when to send it

Financials are needed at the interview, not during the initial filing

I'm not sure it is the same everywhere, but in Thailand, my fiancee has to send my financials in with HER application. Basically the Manila embassy should send your fiancee a packet explaining this, but it is a good idea to get everything done ASAP.

when u get ur no2 they will then send u a letter which has ur case number as well as ur invoice number and the payment of $70.00 along with its directions. its better to pay it online. once u pay the 70.00 u then will get to send ur documents- i-864 and all that. good luck

so wait should i fill out the i 134 now and send her the entire packet and also do i send her copies or originals of birth cerificate noa 1 and 2 etc
