I know i've asked this on my previous post but seems to be confusing still. We called NVV today to ask about DS-230 and if we need to send along requriments such as bc's,marriage cert, police clearance but NVC said that we need to do the AOS now since i'm already here in the United States for 3weeks together with my children. But before we come here my husand received a letter from NVC (Sept 4,2008) a month after our interview at USEM asking for our Visa Application(DS-230) but doesn't ask for the said requiremtents mentioned above. So,in order to get rid of this confusion we called NVC but said to do the AOS instead of DS-230...what's the deal here.Btw,I'm on a K3 and K4 visas....Any help will surely makes me happy...

Since you arrived on K-3/4 you are FINISHED with NVC..... because you no longer need a visa ...

Now that you are here you need to Adjust your Status (AOS) with a separate I-485 for each person with the USCIS not NVC

FWIW, For NVC they want you to provide an Affidavit of Support (AOS).. You do not need to do this...
