Here is the link to the embassy http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3023.html , it will have all the info and what fees are needed for the visa, medical, DV, ets.. good luck.. you can also go to the sub-forum and look in the Philippines section and there is a guide by Sheriff Uling that give you the whole step for K-1 Visa process @ the Manila Embassy..

As you can read above it's paid in dollars or if you'll pay it here in P.I., it's the equivalent in pesos. You're fiancee can pay it on any B.P.I. bank.
