According to the i-130 packet guide...(link below)....my USC wife is required to also submit a 4 page G-325A biometrics form. See section 11.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...page=i130guide2

Through searching various links on this form including the one stated below, a spouse in NOT required to fill out this document. I am confused as to which is correct. Can anyone help me on this form/issue? Also, regarding the G325A biometrics form, I electronically filled it out via Adobe acrobat EXEPT the final signatures which I will sign by hand after I print these form off. But if indeed my wife DOES need her own 4 page copy to be submitted with mine, do I need to refill out all the data and info or just print it off and have her sign it? Bit confused on this, my FINAL form! ;)

PS. Also to those that recommended I get the work authorization/advanced parole forms in with this packet, I just saw on the USCIS site that they each have SIGNIFICANT fees with each. It would be like an extra 800'ish bucks. Am I wrong?

For the I-130 petition both the USc and the alien spouse provide a g-325a

For the I-485 only the alien spouse provides...

EAD and AP are included in the I-485 fee if submitted concurrently or after

YMMV

payxibka...Thanks for that UNBELIEVABLY FAST reply.:thumbs:

Wow, I guess that is 12 pages of G-325a. What happened to the saving paper act. haha

So much repetitiveness in all this. So should I go in and refill out the g-325a with my wife's vitals, rather than just her signature I am assuming?

I want to point out fast how great everyone here is to us form newbs who are just beginning the process. As I add to my time-line and learn I hope to help others as my knowledge grows. You guys really are great and its very much appreciated for those with limited cash. ;) Thanks again.

They require each of your biographies (not biometrics), four signed copies each. The fee for a work permit (EAD) and AP is extra only if you are filing for the AOS (green card) at a different time. So, you are paying for the AOS and the I-130 only, if you file them all at the same time.
