Hello my VJ's family....i am here again to us your help...

if your fiance goes to the interview, is it okay for him/her to go to the windows which you are called to with you? Does he follow you to the windows or does he/she just sit in the waiting area until he is called. "I've heard" 90% of all interviews are conducted without the petitioner and I'm assuming that is because 90% of the time the petitioner isn't there. So the question is, when the petitioner is there, how often is he/she interviewed with the applicate?

Thanks and advance....

Take care and GOD BLESS US ALL....

depends with the consul if the CO allows you to go inside and assist her... it is an advantage because if ever something goes wrong with the interview and the beneficiaries and the CO has miundestandings , then the petitioner is always there to back up... lots of cases here.. but dont wanna mention the usernames=)

don't be disappointed if your petitioner is not allowed inside ... you should be able to conduct yourself well (don't be afraid to ask for a question to be repeated or repeat the question back in your words to verify your understanding) ... as this is good preparation for life in another country.

Good Luck (F)

There is no harm in trying the idea...it will give you the support that you need during the interview especially if it is your first time...but be brave though if ever the Consul will not permit your petitioner to be with you during your interview...i know you can do it... ;)
