I am applying for K1 visa for my Fiancee Visa

Neither of us have ever been married before and neither of us have children.

Do i send I-134 form with I-129f form?

Do i need to send the I-134 form NOW or LATER to the USCIS along with the I-129f and everything else??

according to the USCIS website it says form I-864 to be sent in when received by NVC. So, if that's the case, I wouldn't send it in now with the I-129f, proof im a citizen, G-325's, pics, proof of meeting, and leters of intent to marry. It must be sent in later? Please no links, I'm tired of reading and trying to understand what they mean. Thats why I'm here asking now. Apparently the I-134 or I-864 is sent in at a later time?

Ok My question is a simple one. People keep telling me I need to send either I-134f or I-864 in now with I-129f. The way I'm reading it I WOULD NOT send it in now, but later down the line. Please tell me YES or NO.....Thanks

Guys, I'm an American citizen. I'm new here so it shows Philippine. My Fiancee is Philippine, not me.

You are not applying for a K-1 visa for your fiancee visa... The I-129F is a petition to determine eligibility for the foreign fiance(e) to apply for a K-1 at a later date. Subtle but important distinction. Understanding this distinction will ensure you get good answers to any questions.

You do NOT send the I-134 with the petition, it is submitted at the time of visa interview at the foreign consulate. You will NOT submit an I-864 until your fiance(e) (then wife) applies for a greencard after entry into the USA and marriage has occured.

The best place to start is to go to the Guides tab located on top of the page. Click on the K1 visa link and you'll see what you need to send along with the I-129F.

And yes, you will need a notarized I-134 AFTER the petition has been approved and sent to the embassy. Your fiancée will show this form to the CO the day of the interview.

Once she/he gets here, you will need to send the I-864 for her/his AOS.

Everything you need to know is in the links above...

K1 Visa Guide w/Checklist

As pay stated, the I-134 is sent to your fiance after the I-129f petition is approved by the USCIS so that she can take it to her interview. The I-864 is filed at ajustment (AOS) after she is here and you are married.

Also, if you are going through Manilla, you will want to visit the regional forum (click on the main forums link and go to regional and look for PI). In that forum you will find a sticky post at the top by Sheriff Uling. This thread will explain the process in manilla as it is quite different than going through any other Consulate.

good luck.

Thanks Everyone, that cleared up my questions. I am new here but I see people here know what they are talking about. Other sites I asked on I felt I was getting the run-a-round. I'm glad I found this site. Thanks Again
