When to send in I-864???

Quick question,

I have all my I-864 documents ready to send but am wondering if I should have received the actual I-864 from NVC? I paid the $70 AOS fee but not the IV fee yet - will pay this online next week after I get paid. Should I print out the I-864 anyway now or after I pay the IV fee?

Did you pay it online? If you did, then you should be able to print it from their web site. If not, then it will take about 1-2 weeks for you to receive it from the NVC once they process the AOS bill.

Paying the IV Fee Bill will eventually generate the DS-230 coversheet, it has nothing to do with the AOS stuff. Two different paths endind in the same place.

Make sure you do NOT send anything in, unless that process is next, and the previous completed...that is important.

yes, I paid the AOS bill on 9/20 online(one month ago) and have only received the IV Fee bill, not the I-864.

Since you have paid the AOS fee bill online and the payment status has been changed to 'Paid', you could express mail the I864 packet. Print out the barcoded coversheet for the payment and send it with your I864 packet.
