Nope, nothing to submit.

Upon entry to the US, the POE officer will take the immigrations packet and send it to USCIS, and will stamp passport with I-551 stamp making passport a temp green-card allowing work and re-entry from trips out of the USA.

Actual GC will arrive in the mail a few weeks after entry.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

You can see the estimated processing times at:

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/Processtim...eviceCenter=CSC

Those processing times are only half of the story, it has to do with when a Visa number will be assigned by NVC.

Un married Son/Daughter of LPR are F2a (under 21)or F2b (21 and older) 4-8 years.

Petitions filed for F2a Feb 2004, F2b Jan 2000

So your father has his approved I-130, does he have his green card?

From what I understand, if you are able to expidite for children over 21 you will need a very compelling reason. But it looks like right now your looking at 4 - 8 years if your father has his green card and files for his children over 21. If he just has his approved I-130 he will need to wait to get his green card before he can file for the sons.

Ok, still not much information. Is your mother a US citizen? Has she petitioned to become one and taken the citizen ship test? Are the unmarried sons biologiacally to the mother? Can you give a little more detail about how you'd like to expedite your case?
