Hello,

I am new to the forum but have been on the K1 journey for quite some time now. It's been over 7 months of waiting for NOA2 for us. I'm wondering if this is something I should be concerned about. The not knowing part is very frustrating.

Seems like there was a touch on 8/21/2008 but still there is no signs that our case has been approved. Wondering if anyone who files in March is still waiting for their NOA2.

Hi Bevs,

Thanks for your reply. I will have to tell my boyfriend to check his mailbox. He actually has moved from the address we have on our petition, so hopefully our NOA2 doesn't get lost :(

You also might want to have him call them to confirm your status--the post office won't forward mail, so if they don't have his new address your approval might be lost in the mail/returned to USCIS. Definitely worth a check!
