TRACK from NVC TO CONSULATE

I put in the following and it keeps showing no shipments found:

EXP 6 OCT 2008A

I was told my NVC on 10/6 that we have scheduled your interview and have sent both of you letters. How do I track if the Mumbai consulate has received my papers from NVC?

Type in EXP O6 OCT 2008 and choose date range from 6 October to 7 October

I've read over almost every thread on this and the instructions seem to be exactly the same but i think i'm missing something i should be doing i cant get it to find anything. at all even tried to track the one above as was described to work out what i'm doing wrong. everytime it comes up with no shipments found. what am i not putting i right. if i was told it left nvc on the 30th sept. what do i put where. i get the exp sept 30 2008 am i suposed to have a nyumber or post code to make it work?

ok never mind i deleted the t. it workd. i put the 30th and there is a london one delivered on the 1st is that what we were in or should i have put the 29th sep?

I WAS WRONG THERES ONE SHIPPED ON THE 1ST OF OCT AND ARRIVED ON THE 3RD i put the 29th sept, and nothing came up that i could see for london
