I mind paying taxes if they go to people who aren't even trying to help themselves

THANK YOU !

Well'I'm sick and tired of paying $500 a pay period in taxes so thay can sit around, have sex,and watch TV all day.I think they should be made to work right here in the US of A.

Oh, is that what people on welfare are doing?

The ones in my neighborhood have been diong this for generations.

creating larger mothers day cheques ?

All the time,I've seen it.

May 7,2007-USCIS received I-129f

March 27,2009-Manuel returned to the consulate for another interrogation(because they forgot about December's interview),and they were really rude !
April 3,2009-US Counsalate asks for more court documents that no longer exist !
June 1,2009-Manuel and I go back to the US consalate AGAIN to give them a letter from the court in Colon along with documents I already gave them last year.I was surprised to see they had two thick files for his case !

You can't earmark taxes - and the people who will not help themselves, those tiny minority - are a drop in the ocean out of the portion of your taxes that goes to welfare, not worth worrying about really and truthfully. However, if you want to worry about something worry about the billions of dollars that goes on helping those who already have millions. Those who don't bother to pay their taxes, but pay some fat cat lawyer to hide their wealth etc, etc. Far more money is wasted that way than is ever 'wasted' on the feckless losers of this world.

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

Once again - people on programs do pay taxes, its not like you people are paying these people to stay home, and do whatever it is they do. Those that do not pay taxes are not making a standard livable wage (read - LESS than poverty level in many cases).

Pat yourselves on the back a few more times though, and perhaps buy another stinkin purse.

Oh, good grief, stop. Most people on welfare are decent people - often people who end up on welfare through no fault of their own, try bloody poor health care insurance for starters.

Yes, there are always going to be a few leaches, and you can't do anything about them, that is where their mind set is, for whatever reason. However, they are a small minority.

I don't have a problem paying taxes if the goverment uses them responsibly=bailing out wall street is a lot less ###### responsible than paying out welfare checks.

That is my 2 cents, now you can get back to pissing in the wind.

which begs the question ... how do you know "Most people on welfare are decent people" ... do you know most personally?

I agree some ppl are in need and working toward a better life. Just wonder what is this percentage?

If I ever could be bothered I would drag up some statistics on this. You lot that worry so much about the feckless scum would be rather surprised at how little they cost you.

I don't mind money going to people who need it but not if they aren't trying to help themselves. Not if they think they are owed it or they deserve it and then don't even try to better themselves.

Let's not even get into the class envy argument again

No, it's rather more fun watching you getting your knickers in a wad because some of your precious taxes go to worthless, feckless people and it makes you mad.

I wouldn't go that far. They just need to get jobs to support their "worthless fecks."

Well, have fun with that one, I am sure worthless, feckless people are going to queue up to get sterilized :)

Seriously, there are more serious things to worry about than trying to get a tiny, tiny minority of people to take responsibilty for themselves. I couldn't give a #### about them and I will not lose any sleep over them either.
