Tourist Visa?

Hmmmmmmm....

i don't mean to sound like a pessimist, but for a Moroccan to get a tourist visa he/she has to show ties to the country, meaning a strong intention to return. For example, they have to show they have substantial $$ in the bank, a wife/husband and children at home to return to, perhaps even own a home or a business...have a good job. They have to show that they just won't stay on in the US illegally.

The thing is, with your case, they already know he has applied for the CR visa...that he's already married to you. i don't want to sound like a pessimist, but applying for a tourist visa now might just complicate things...

Could you possibly take some time off from work and go visit him and stay with him for a while...? Maybe that might help some of the pain and stress you two are going through?

My husband is going to apply for a tourist visa, but I know you have to own property back home, like he owns land in Egypt, which he went to Egypt to sell some property and ended up buying more, has a steady job in Kuwait and has lived in America before. I do know they have to prove they will go back once the visa expires. I am not sure if they will give my husband one, I just wait and hope, cause I know if he doesn't get to come here, I will have to fly to Kuwait. I will let you know what happens with us, I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

it is 90% to get deny on tourist visa! he must approve he is able to pay good cash, and he should approve is will come back before the visa limit ends, this needs to show an onwership of properties " stores, farms" or a good career postion" a manager of a bank, uinversity, hospital etc etc"

and if he dont have any of these so he better not apply for that visa, and when he file its gonna be so clear that he is applying to go to his wife!!!!

and if he got denied it wont be cool when is getting the marraige visa!

Hi dear

Do not let your husband applaying for a tourist visa while his immigration visa under process. It's against a law her in america and even the congressman couldn't help you. Even if your husband is a great candidate they wil not issue hiem a tourist visa while the immigration visa under process.
