AOS Interview Approve Sep 22nd...Still not heard anything

We had our interview September 22nd and we got approved but we havent heard anything since then and its been almost 3 weeks now

Well, keep us up to date on that. I'm going to have my interview at the same office in about a month and I'd like to know how things went for you.

Im sure its just delayed because they had the biggest naturalization ceremony ever the same day at the TCC

my interview was on the 17th of Sept, and it went good and approved, and am still waiting my green card : |

Well, i called USCIS back again as it has been 30 days since my interview date and still no sign of anything. They just said wait another 45 days and then call back if you still dont have it...how useful

I was checking USCIS' CRIS website for my status (although I have already an appointment for my interview this doesn't show up online) when I saw this notice after I logged out of CRIS:

" If you were granted permanent resident status or entered the U.S. with an immigrant visa more than 60 days ago and have not received your first permanent resident card, please call 1-800-375-5283 "

I'd say this is a hint they have a problem with these cards right now. Did you call this number above? Maybe you wanna give it a try...

yeah i called that line and i think they might've put in a service request to get it done, not too sure. I told them i was told it would arrive within 30 days...i think after 30 days you can call and they will actually do something, they prob only say 60 because that's always their policy to cover themselves

Calling the 1-800 will not get anything done. You need to make an infopass appointment at your local office and get them to check if the card has been issued, if it has been issued then it may have got lost in the mail. If it has not been issued then they can get it issued.

Make sure your name is on your mailbox where the mail person can see it.

we received a letter yesterday that said they have initiated a service request and sent it to the Tucson office for review...hopefully that will be a good thing!

Did you I-485 status change online? To say Welcome Letter Sent or Card Production Ordered?

Did that letter come from your Infopass appointment?
