Hey everyone,

I have a K3 visa.

I filed for AOS in march,

they transferred my I-485 application to CALIFORNIA,from the NBC in september.

Then yesterday I got an email, stated that they transferred my case to the National Benefits Center, from CSC.

Current Status: This case has been sent to another office for processing because it has jurisdiction over the case.

On October 7, 2008, we transferred this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer.

Please,help me,what could that mean?

Any thoughts would be appreciated,

C.

Most or many K-3's are interviewed... how long married?

That is why I did not understand the first transfer...

It will be 2 years in 2009 february.

Well but case files require some pre-interview work and if the local office cannot do it, it has to be done somewhere....

YMMV

1.Oh OK,so they did the pre interview work in CSC with my case and then they transferred it back to NBC,

and, they will send my case to the local office, where we will go to our interview?

2.And I have another question,if I sent back the answer for my RFE in jun.,should I count the processing times from then?

Thank you in advance!

I understood that but for what reason do you need to count?

I think they want to calculate when their interview will be, more or less...
