Can I translate hier in USA when my husband send to me police certificate,or he have to translate in our country

Yes, but it may be cheaper to have them translated over there and then have your spouse send them here.

It would be much cheaper to translate over there. However you can do it at either place. I got an RFE over translation. I had everything translated in Chiina. Then right before my I-130 got approved they sent me an RFE telling me that they did not like the Chinese translation. I had to pay to get it done here again and resubmit all of the translated paperwork. Once I got this done they approved my I 130 and it cost me two weeks.

So with t hat said even though it cost more I would play it safe and have it done here.

I married my love on 12/24/07

I filed for the I 130 on 1/23/08

Receipt number recevied 2/13/08

Paperwork sent to Guangzhou on 1/23/09

Interview 5/21/09 PASSED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visa 5/23/09

POE 6/2/09

Home 6/3/09

FILED I-751

SENT PAPERWORK 3/8/11

NOA-1 3/10/11

BIOMETERICS 4/29/11

WAITING APPROVAL
