Hi,

For those who travel with an expired GC and one year extension letter.

When you get back and got a stamp (on your passport) at your port of entry. Did the officer write anything on your stamp? I just take a look at mine. They wrote APC on the stamp. I wasn’t sure what’s that mean.

Any idea?

Thank you.

They wrote APC or ARC (can't make it out) inside the stamp for me and then my A# below that.

We just took a cruise, and my wife's passport was checked in USVI, since it is a US territory, and upon return to Orlando, FL. No stamps were issued, but they did look at the stamp after seeing that the GC had expired.
