i have been on holiday for the last few weeks just popped into a cafe to check in before i fly home and...WHAT FANTASTIC NEWS...congrats canadianmade!!! belinda you as well.

Thank you Kang Lang, you guys have definately been there and rooted us on from the beginning, and it was so cool of you guys for being there, thank you and I did get my green card in the mail last week. I hope you guys enjoyed your well deserved vacation and my wife and I are going on vacation to Canada this Thursday for labour day weekend for 4 days to see family, we are very excited.

we are sooooo happy for you! we had a great holiday in china, wonderful wonderful to say the least.

so glad you are going to see your family ENJOY, and that you have that giant monkey off your back! hope the removal of conditions and citizenship process are painless and speedy for you. keep in touch.

18 NOV 2010 Sent 1.8lb packet to USCIS in Laguna Niguel (day 1)

19 NOV 2010 Package signed for V SEMEGI (day 2)

24 NOV 2010 Package returned because USC didn't sign petition (day 6)

26 NOV 2010 Package sent out again (day 1)

29 NOV 2010 Package signed for by V SEMEGI (day 3)

29 NOV 2010 NOA1 issued (day 3)

03 DEC 2010 Hardcopy of NOA received (day 7)

07 JAN 2011 Successful walk in biometrics (day 42) original date 1 FEB

01 MAR 2011 Date on Approval notice (although it arrived after the card did) (day 94)

03 MAR 2011 Card received (day 96)

well now you are free for 2 years:)))

I'm flying to my country to Turkey tomorrow with my husband. (having a Turkish wedding on Sunday since my family couldnt attend to our wedding last year;P) It's gonna be the first time I'm traveling with my green card.All I need to bring is my green card and my passport right?

Thank you eck2006, tell me about it, it is finally over lol. It sure was painful honestly and I really thought I was never going to get it. I hope you guys have a safe flight to Turkey and enjoy yourselves and hope your wedding in Turkey goes smooth and that is so nice that your family will be able to see you guys do it all over again. I am sure a passport and green card is what is needed. Enjoy yourselves back home and my wife and I are going to Canada this Thursday for 4 days. How long are you guys going for?

Removal of Conditions

05/20/2011.....................Sent off package today, so now playing the waiting game.(Day 1)

05/23/2011.....................Package was received(Day 3)

05/28/2011.....................Received NOA/one year extention letter dated 5/23/2011(Day 8)

06/04/2011.....................I got my biometrics letter in the mail, my appointment is for 06/13/2011@11:00am (Day 14)

06/13/2011.....................Biometrics appointment today @Cleveland, Ohio @11:00am (Day 23)

09/20/2011.....................Approved for 10yr green card, wooohooooo next step citizenship

09/24/2011.....................Received 10yr green card in the mail.

Do you guys have a email address or yahoo messenger that I can keep in touch with you or even through here, whatever works for the both of you? In 2 days we are heading off to Canada so I will let you guys know how it went when we come back.

We are leaving for 14 days.It is a very short trip but it is better than nothing:)I hope you enjoy your trip to Canada with your wife. I have to go and pack more now:)take careee....

Canadianmade, I cannot believe it took you this long to get your stuff... totally unacceptable... Very happy to know that you are done with stupid USICS for a while....

To rest of the October fliers, I have a great labor day weekend... hard to believe the summer is gonna be over soon.

Oct 27, 2008- Sent AOS/EAD/AP to the Chicago Lock Box

Oct 28, 2008- Delivered

Nov 7, 2008- NOA AOS/EAD/AP received

Nov 10, 2008- Biometrics letter received scheduled for Nov 28, 2008

Nov 13, 2008- Biometrics Walk in - all Hackensack NJ all done and dusted !

Nov 23, 2008 - RFE for marriage certificate-- are you kidding me?? This was included in my package. How annoying!!

NOv 24, 2008- Response for RFE mailed via express mail

Nov 25, 2008- Case processing resumed

Dec 31, 2008- Received email from CRIS EAD card production ordered. Thank you Lord!!!! YAY YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH WOOO HOOO

Jan 3, 2009- AP approval email received

Jan 7, 2009 - 2nd email from CRIS EAD production ordered... Send the damn card already... Jeez the wait is killing me

Jan 9, 2009- EAD Approval email

Jan12, 2009- AP comes in the mail

Jan 13,2009- EAD comes in the mail, FINALLY!!

April 20, 2009- AOS Interview- Approved

I haven't been on in ages-motherhood is keeping me busy, but I'm glad you finally got your green card! Congrats and Enjoy!

Have fun on your vacation and sorry it took me so long to reply back, I was so busy last week with work and getting ready for vacation. We had an awesome time in Canada couldnt of been any better.

Hey CrystalBlue thank you and yes it has been such a damn long time to get the green card just damn crazy the whole experience, and I am now glad this is all over for now. Hope everything is going well with you and I sure did have a good trip to Canada with my wife, couldnt of been any better.

How is life treating you these days KIMCORENE? I understand that you havent been able to check up on here really often and thank you for the CONGRADS it was about time that I got APPROVED geez what an ordeal.
