I was going through the I-864 affidavit of support and there are some question that i'm confused.

1. Part 2 said information on the principal immigrant: whose's information is required there? Petitioner or beneficiary's?

2. Part 3, #8 would checked off if i'm sponsoring my husband,right?

#10, total number would be 1 since its only for my husband, right?

3. Part4, whose's info must go there on the information on the sponsor? Petitioner or beneficiary?

4. Part5, houshold size, a) should be 1 from line 10? B) yourself is already checked off as 1 c) it says that enter 1 if you are married?

if i do all that, then the total household size number would be 3 but we are only 2, me and my husband. What to do here?????

Somebody please help me to understand those questions and what to fill in. I'm preparing my paperworks. Please answer my questions accordingly nd i really really appriciated an taking time to answer it.

1) Principal Immigrant IS Beneficiary, the person IMMIGRATING

2) YES

3) Petitioner (US Citizen)

4) DO NOT COUNT PERSON BEING SPONSORED AS SPOUSE. They are counted on 21a NOT 21c

Also if sponsoring one person, your income is sufficient, and NOT using joint sponsor or assets, then consider using I-864EZ

I-864EZ is Easier to understand and fill out "EZ" If you can check YES to the 3 questions in I-864EZ part 1, then you can use the form.

Thank you so much and just one last question:

If you have a secondary job, which would be per diem (means once a while you work, no set of hours or days) how would you include this income with full time job? I work full time and then sometimes on weekend in a second job, no set of anything, how wuld i report that with my total income????

It is optional to include it in your figures for current income, keep in mind you should attach evidence justifying the numbers "Copies of recent pay stubs and/or employer letter" if your full time job provides enough income, then just list the full time job.
