G-325A, Biographic Information

Does anyone know if the G-325A, Biographic Information, is required for both husband and wife in the AOS application, and if one can use the same G-325A that was submitted with the K1 application, or does one have to complete an entirely new G-325A?

for AOS it's just needed for the foreign spouse. I would make a new one.

Yes rch is right about doing a new one making sure you fill out all 4 pages. Good luck

You need a new one because the information has changed. If your spouse changed her last name, current address, and A number, etc.

Also her job has changed and her visa status and marrital status is different - too bad you can't photocpy the old one! Good Luck

Of course there is a lot of information on the one used for K-1 that can be used again, like residence overseas, and work history for last 5 years. Good to keep that all the same!
