That is a great suggestion about finding other Filipinos in the area. My wife is a pretty strong individual and doesn't seem to be terribly affected about being away from her family and country but was totally overwhelmed when I found an area up in West Covina that was abounding with Filipino culture. Heck, there was even a Jollibee there She loves Jollibee. We found several other stores in the area that really made her excited and she said she felt so at home with everyone speaking her native language.

Unless you can prove fraud was the clear intent, there is nothing you can do. She is free to stay here till her Green Card expires and try to renew it all on her own from here on out. You are still liable under the I-864 you filed until the 40 quarter time runs out, if she chooses to go that way.
