Usually if a case was transferred to CSC its 100% no interview and most of the time AOS application based from k1 visa are not interviewed but then again not all. If your case was not transferred to CSC but instead to local office near you then you will be interviewed.

ok What is CSC mean??

I filed my application to the national benefits center (ohio office) on May 29th. It has since been transfered to The Missouri office (as told to me by my local office). I am located in PA. Does this mean I could possibly be approved without an interview?

CSC....California Service Centre

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

CSC california service center. Missouri is where the NBC national benefits center are and it is where you shouldve submitted your AOS maybe that's why the NBC at ohio transferred it to Missouri. Then from missouri either it will be transferred to CSC (for no interview) of to your local office in PA (for an interview).

As what you told to saed in another discussion, AOs application can take up to 2 years or more , but hoping that it won't be the case for you or me. As what ive seen in other people's case in here some were transferred even before their biometrics appointment and some does transferred after biometrics appointment. Some got transferred to CSC after 60 days from NOA1 date, some received their interview notice after 2 months, 6 months, 7 months, I guess it depends onthe workload of your local office, so it varies. We just have to wait

hi Guys!!!! I was touch on the day of my biometrics for my I-485 and I-765 and now I was touch again for my I-485 only last 9/17. I was hoping for a transfer because I'm not expecting rfe at all because I submitted the complete requirements( keeping my fingers crossed) however., my online info is still the same., at nbc and pending. Maybe it was just a touch and mean nothing but my question is., Is the transfer to csc mostly in K1 only? I'm a k3 holder. So I won't be expecting a transfer then? So sad!!!! So what could be that touch mean., rfe? or simply nothing., Or betteryet., I'll just for the mail then., online is not reliable., If I have no chance of being transferred to csc then., I'll just pray that tpuch is just a "touch" not an rfe? huhuhu

I hate being the bearer of bad news, bassagitator but I am almost 100% certain you will have an interview.

I see, from your timeline that you are filing I-130 concurrently with I-485. Those cases always require an interview.

The cases who do get transferred to CSC without an interview are always people adjusting from K-1.

Sorry. :(

AOS Approved on 10-17-08 (details in profile)

Removal of Conditions on 07-19-10

In this tedious process, we tend to forget that this is all worth it.

I love my hubby beyond anything in this world.
