hi to all ...im still gathering all the documents needed in the I-129f ..i have question regarding the notarized documents coz its not included on the package checklist which one am i going to notarized like my Birth Cert ,passport, what else?,,,can someone help me please...thank u...

You do not need to notarize any documents for your initial I-129f. :thumbs:

You do not need to notarize any documents for your initial I-129f. :thumbs:

The only document that needs to be notarized is the affidavit of support. And dont forget to attach the supporting documents needed (e.g. recent income tax return, bank statement, pay slip, property records and/or a letter from current employer. )

US Notaries primarily witness signatures. You'll need one for the I-134 later. Otherwise forget about notarizing.

The only notarized doc is the I-134 that you will need to provide at the time of visa interview.
