Who all got emailed their interview date?!

How did you manage this? Gareth put his email on the packet 3 so does that mean he will get emailed?

As far as I can recall, no one here has received their date from London via email -- it's been by receiving the packet 4 in the post or by calling the DOS and asking if a date has been assigned.

I've never heard of an email notification for an interview date either. I don't believe that is standard practice.

Is it possible this person emailed the London Embassy to ask if they had an interview date yet? , I would reckon if they already have you scheduled for one and you emailed them, they would email you saying "you have an interview scheduled for blah de blah", Infact I recall someone saying that somewhere.

I got emailed my NOA1 for my I-130 which was DCF at London. No more emails after that.

Perhaps the person that got an email had an interview date that was no good for some reason, called the extortion line, got a code, emailed the embassy and then got a new interview date by email? That's the only circumstance that I can think of that they would send an interview date by email.

Yeah it must have been one of these instances....I know I saw it somewhere....LOL...oh well will keep ringing DOS
