First of all, thank you for your service!

secondly, you can put your brother's address as your address on the I-130 and that way it will be sent to your brother's house. Also, you will likely want to file as soon as you can and then file for an expidite since military service is a reason to expidite.

Good luck!

Unless you are in Balad or another central location, do not have your mail sent to Iraq. Send it to a family member's house. That's what I did when I deployed. Again, do not change you address to Iraq unless you are at one of the large bases. Mail humvees/vehicles get hit by IEDs and then what? No mail for you thats what.

I have thought of going that route but i was worried that might create some problems when they see that my address is diffrent on my 325a and if i change the address on both of them then wouldnt that be considered lieing to them.Do you think i i wrote a letter explaining the situation that it might help.

A letter explaining your situation would be helpful. But if you file for an expidite they will understand.
