When my fiance goes to be interviewed at the embassy (in our case in Romania) will they ask him whether or not he is going to stay? I figure they are not going to ask him this since they are assuming that he is only coming to get married. If they do what should he answer? :bonk: He keeps bothering me to ask you guys :P

To clarify: WIll they ask him if he is going to stay longer then the 90 days****

No, the K1 is a fiance visa. Of course they know he's going to stay longer than the 90 days, assuming you get married within that time frame, but they expect you to, seeing as it's a requirement.

Good luck. :)
