I'd like to marry a woman from the US and also live there with her.

Does she have to come to my country,marry me, and do the visa process with me? Or she can just send papers from the US without having to move and I can do the visa process by myself in my country and then get married in the US?

Please enlighten me I'm really confused...

also with i believe both fiance and spousal visas there is a requiremnet that within the last two years prior to filing you must have both met phisically, as in face to face, although there are exceptions, for this requirement which i think are difficult to get. perhaps someone else who is better equipped on the exceptions could chim in i just didn't want to say this rule was hard and fast, just wanted to make you aware of it. :unsure:
