DS230 Questions

I have some questions on DS230 forms.

Item 19 is asking: List Names, Dates and Places of Birth, and Addresses of ALL Children.

I am filling for my spouse and don't have any childrens to list here. My question is whether to put 'NONE' for NAME, DATE of BIRTH, PLACE of BIRTH and ADDRESS or should I put N/A for all of them??? I know I am being picky but I don't want to get an RFE for this stupid minor details.

Item 22 and 23 are looking for Employer's and Educations institutional details. What do I provide in LOCATION fields for both of these items. Only City, State and Country OR Full mailing address of each location?

Q19: put "NONE" for name only.

Q22, 23: city, state, country
