helo, im havin a problem ryt now, my fiance in US has already filed a petition for k1 and last aug 3 she already received NOA1.. but my problem is, Is it ok if she dont have a job and his uncle will stand and give his affidavit of support for me?she is an RN but she is stil lookin for a job... TNX!

Hi Dencio,

We hope your fiancee will find a new job soon. In case if she can't find a job then she'l go ahead and have a joint affidavit of support with her uncle.
