You don't need to include pics with your I-485. Bring them to the interview.

i just hope i wont have my interview.. :devil:

wedding pics for AOS.. is it really that important??

i know some people who were married at the city hall and dont have wedding pics..

i also know some people who dint include their wedding pics for AOS as their evidence..

but then i know a lot of people who included wedding pics for AOS as their evidence..

so now im confused.. is it really needed?? :unsure:

We didn't include any wedding pictures in my AOS application and I got approved without an interview. I guess they will include it in the list of required documents/proofs to be filed if it is needed.What I know is you could show wedding pictures during the interview. I read here in VJ that normally AOS applicant thru K-1 don't normally gets interviewed. But I think it's okay too to include wedding pics if it will help you not get an interview. Good luck!!! :thumbs:

I would save wedding pics for interview (if required) or for removing conditions to prove ongoing bona fide marriage.

that's what ive read too.. that most k1 peeps dint have their interview for aos..

i think il just include some, maybe it will help somehow..
