quick question, we got married 18Aug2008. preparing to file for AOS, do we use my new married name as my last name on the forms?

You use whatever name you want printed on the greencard

If you want to use his family name you can write it on the first line.. other names is your maiden name.

thank you, i wonder if i can skip the old maiden name since i do want to just use my married name LOL!
