Jersey City and Seacaucus are neighboring suburbs right? NBD

If they are, then I wouldn't even bother with an explanatory note like I suggested in my other post. They likely won't notice, and the most obvious explanation is he was born in a hospital one place while living in another. If Jersey City is right next to Seacaucus, they will figure that out as the explanation even if they do notice.

Laura,

On my initial I-129 I listed a different birth city for my husband than what was listed on his birth certificate. I did that on his G-325A and on the forms. They're all in the same area or town of Montego Bay. I never received anything. I also did the same thing when I filled out his AOS. His birth certifiate says Rosehall, Jamaica, but I typed in Montego Bay, Jamaica. I think you're worry too much.

If they dont even bother to look at the 1 lb of paperwork I sent in regards to Assets that by hubby has, I really doubt they would look at that to be honest.

They are lazy slackers all of them. Do what someone here said, send it in and then apply for a correct marriage cert in case they actually do bother to look..

Don't go, Canada Girl.

Jersey is the greatest, really!

i don't know if Secaucus and JC are technically neighboring as in share a border, but they are really close enough.

Good luck!
