Hi there,

what are the chances that my K-Packet won't arrive on time. The Customer Service person said that on their records it has been deployed ince May 4, 2006 but until now it hasn't arrived. What would be the best thing to do in this case? How will I know the requirements to prepare for. Can anyone help me. I am under K-1 Petition and my case is already in the Manila Embassy.

Ask the consulate to send a new packet to St Luke's and pick it up there.

07/18/2005 Consulate Received package from NVC

11/16/2005 Interview APPROVED

12/05/2005 Visa received

how am I going to that? call the 1-900 number? or write a letter?

Call St. Luke's at 521 0020/521 8647/524 6083 and ask them to request one for you from the US Embassy. Just have your MNL case number ready.

22 Sept. 2010 - Oath Taking (busy at work and had to reschedule)

17 Nov. 2010 - Oath Taking at Pomona, CA
