Does anyone know if the USCIS published processing times are really accurate? Our case stat time keeps ticking away yet it seems that the dates that are being processed never really change.

They are notoriously inaccurate, especially right now with the transfers from VSC to CSC. VSC'ers who filed in Oct/Nov of last year are now transferred and being approved at CSC. CSC was pretty fast a few weeks ago, processng times taking from 3-4 months.

08/08/08 Married

11/22/11 Interview in San Salvador

11/29/11 Submitted I-601 waiver

04/16/12 Submitted expedite request

04/18/12 Expedite request approved

05/17/12 I-601 waiver approved

05/27/12 DH enters US as LPR

It's not accurate. Having experienced the long k-1 process, I dont trust any process with them will be fast or not .Best thing we could do is to have patience (alot of it) and course pray..it does work..Good luck and blessings everyone

July 29, 2008---"WALK-IN" BIOMETRICS DONE (AOS & EAD-1)

Oct 14, 2008---EAD1 CARD ARRIVES! Approval date is Oct. 2, 2008

Dec 10, 2008---INTERVIEW DAY! APPROVED!!!

Dec 17, 2008---WELCOME NOTICE RECEIVED

Jan 9, 2009---CARD RECEIVED FINALLY! Approval date 12-10-08..expires on 12-10-10

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

Sept 10,2010---REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

CITIZENSHIP

Sept 10,2011---Application for citizenship

The processing times published on the USCIS site are somewhat misleading - they reflect the oldest petitions they are working on, not (as you might think) the most recent. For the best potential adjudication date - check out your VJ timeline which is based on VJ-members times. :thumbs:
