I have a question. Did you get ure paperwork done through a lawyer or did you compile it yourself. Just curious as in why certain applications are being touched without any particular order as in visa status or what not. I'm trying to look for some kind of pattern here. It seems like USCIS just picks random applications and works on them.

My next questions goes towards everyone here.

Does having an infopass appointment expedite the EAD process ? Do I have to wait 90 days after biometrics or 90 days after receiving NOA's to get the infopass apptment for EAD card if I haven't received it by that time ?

You count 90 days from the receipt date on NOA before contacting them

Try calling USCIS. They told us we can do that over the phone, which apparently they indeed did . Now we are waiting for an answer. Best Wishes to you in getting the expedite.

Yes, I called them and THEY were the ones who tipped me off to the expedition over the phone. I suggest you do the same....you've got nothing to loose.

hi chrismatt84, i compiled it myself..

was thinking abt a pattern too that's why i made the table..

so we can track the case and trace if there's a pattern in this process..

but somebody told me that..

cases that are simple, like the one's that are not so complicated..

are easily transferred to CSC for processing..

i dunno if that's true tho..
