I just took a short nap on the couch in my classroom. There is literally NO ONE to sub my last class so I have to stay.

I'm going home in one hour. I must be really sick because I actually cried on the phone to customer service at Capital One! They suck balls and I've been trying to make a payment but the website was down and then I got cut off 7429 times (maybe just 12 times). Then the guy said I could pay by phone but they'd charge me $15 "if that was ok?" So I was like "no it's not ok. It's not ok. Why would it be ok? Your website is down, it took 30 minutes to talk to a person and now you want to charge me extra money?!?!?!?" then I started crying. So he didn't charge me. And I'm pretty sure he was in India and not the USA, so he was probably scared and had no idea what I was saying.

:lol: I flip out on capital one if their website isn't working and they try to charge me for making a payment.

eta: one time I got my statement in the mail like 4 days after it was due and they wanted to charge me a late fee
