Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to verify if a cashiers check has been cashed by USCIS? We received a NOA for mr my K-1 wife about three weeks ago but nothing yet for my two K-2 kids ages 8 and 10. I did not file for EAD for them just AOS. Some people have suggested that because of the ages of the little rascals that we will only be getting the NOA for my wife and that they will be included in anything with my wife.

Thanks,

Zak

Where did you get our cashiers check? Ask whoever issued it if they can track it.. If they dont know, then you cant track it...If you got your NOA then you have nothing to worry about as NOA is per case not per individual.

Look at the copy of your cashier's check, there will be a local or a 800 number..you can call them or they'll provide you with a third party number and they will let you know if its cashed or not!

I actually did that when I sent AOS package. I called bank service line, they couldn't see it on the statement but there is the way to track it. Give your bank a call. Good luck
