Hi all,

So we just received the I-512L, Authorization for Parole of an Alien Into the United States. I assume this is the same thing as the I-131 document? Is this normal for people to receive a 512L instead of a 131?

Can I safely assume that my husband's I765 is not far behind given that they approved his Advance Parole request?

thanks

I-131 is the form you use to apply for Advance Parole.

I-512 is the Advance Parole document you use to enter/re-enter the US.
