hi everybody .. VSC was hold my case till we send them evidence them ask for .. and my wife got latter today from them , they ask for a copy marriage contract by arabic , but we already sent this before with first package .. why they want this again .. can enyone tell me why they want this again ?

May be they lost it? Just sent what they want just so your case can proceed quickly.

We had the same problem, my husband said he sent the marriage cert in foreign language, but we got a RFE for the same document.

07/11 Congress aide found out I-130 was approved on 07/09!!!

07/17 NOA2 hardcopy dated 07/09

07/21 Approval notice hardcopy dated 07/11 I-130 was approved in 116 days from filing date (expedited).

07/15 NVC received and assigned case #

07/16 Emailed expedite request & supporting documents

07/17 DS-3032 and AOS fee bill generated, Emailed DS-3032.

07/21 Received DS-3032 & AOS fee bill hardcopy.

07/24 NVC approved expedite request

US Consulate

07/31 Package arrived at US consulate

08/01 Was told to pick up packet 3 on 08/04

08/04 Req packet 3 send by mail.

08/09 Received packet 3

08/11 Returned packet 3

08/15 Picked up packet 4 & medical check up

08/28 Submitted civil docs & paid $400 IV fee. Visa Interview & approved !!!

08/29 Visa in hand

09/30 POE IR1 visa interview took 166 days from the I-130 filing date (expedited).

10/04 Applied for SSN in married name.

11/11 Welcome notice received (dated 11/04)

11/15 Received Green card.

11/21 2nd Welcome notice received (dated 11/13)

11/24 Received SS card in maiden name.

they might have lost it somewhere..so i think its better u comply with the requirements..good luck!

Love is an unexpected thing...and when it arrives grab it with all ur heart....it may pass u jsut once.......

You should have your wife call USCIS (if you are still there, which by VSC I guess you are) and ask them if they are requesting it again because as others suggested it is lost (in which case she can just send a duplicate copy ) or if they are requesting something else.. An original? A certified translation? etc As it looks like by your signature you were approved for an expedite and maybe they haven't lost it but need something more detailed? Definitely have her call and talk to a rep and ask these specific questions - just incase it is not only another copy they want, but something more specific - I don't want you to waste unnecessary time reply to this RFE...

PS If you were approved for an expedite they assigned you a case manager right? Maybe someone more direct than who others talk with by calling the general 1 800 # so you may also want to try calling or emailing that person!!!

maybe they poured coke on it? anyway, just give them what they ask for so they can work on it right away

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

what COLOR you mean ORIGINAL or copy but color ,,, my wife sent already like 5 day's ago but black copy in this latter they ask for copy or original but my wife sent copy , :unsure:
