JUST CALLED THE CUST SRVC EAD AND AP AND AOS

ive just called the customer service line for case statusn on EAD and AP they told me that the are currently working MARCH 2nd @at the NBC WHATTTTT!!! so i told the rep and she told me that the letter states usually 60 to 90 days but thats not a guarantee/ so i told her that means that i will take 5 moths before i get MY EAD??? She said yes / on the AOS she told me that I30 and 485 are together and i would need to wait at least 6 months before they touch it or transfer B/C i live in san diego.....

any sugestions has someone called the cust service lately? Please any updates!!!!!!!

I have heard that the customer service line doesnt always have their facts straight..

My wife's case is at the NBC and they issued her EAD a couple weeks ago. We are May filers.. NOA date was May 15th...

If the 90-day waiting period has passed go ahead and schedule an infopass, most of the times the officers know more than the stupid 1800 line

Well if it's more than 90 days.. So I think its better to make an infopass and to calm your nerves as well

USCIS customer service line is not always right. They told me 2 weeks ago that I was not eligible to submit I130 and it was already pending for 4 month (!). So far I had queite a few issues with them (look at my timeline). You can either try too call again multiple times before you get a decent answer or schedule an infopass.
