Aromatherapy

There are times when you want scents to fire you up and get you ready for passion. Fragrances can cause your brain to produce endorphins, which help calm you and improve your mood. At other times, you may just want to be soothed. If you're tense or stressed, you may be calmed by the scent of vanilla, lavender, mint, eucalyptus, or citrus. The aroma of freshly baked cookies or cake can relax an entire family.

Aromatherapy includes using drops of essential oils as well as containers of potpourri. Just for fun, try a few to see how they affect your mood and love life. One product contains an aroma dispenser with four distinct scents designed for individual moods. You can take advantage of one that is supposed to be calming one day and another that is sensual the next.

The nose is one of a major love instruments. What is especially great is that these suggestions are low-cost ways to add a little zing to your love life.
