I'm guessing that you want to know what to do next.

First of all, congrats on being so well prepared.

If you check the Wiki or do a search for "James Shortcuts" you will see a way that can keep you moving forward.

1. If you can get NVC to give you your IIN, you can pay your IV fee online....and then send in your DS-230 package.

2. You also need to pay the $70 AOS fee, and then send in the I-864

James Shortcuts will guide you through all of this without waiting for the papers to arrive in the mail.

Good luck.

I have already done all of that. I am just ready to get my barcode sheet from NVC site and then express mail it. I should be well prepared. As for the I-864 it has been sent it about a 1 week and 2 days ago.

As I said before, have a look at James' Shortcuts. It will explain how to create your own barcode sheet...so you don't have to wait.
