Hello, regarding the Letter of Intent and all other documents (court oder for name change, G325A, etc.) that the beneficiary have to sign and give to the petitioner for him to petition her for the K-1 Visa.. is it wiser to send all those via mail or can it be send via e-mail? How long does it usually take for the documents to arrive in the U.S if it's through mail?

Any help would be much appreciated.. Thank you :star:

I think you better send originals of the 325A bec it has your signature. Mail from the Philippines to the states could take as long as 2 weeks.

Are you asking if you can print the G325 A, then sign it, then scan it, then send it via email and then have your fiance sign it and mail it?

If so, then no you cannot. You have to have original signatures, not copies.
