I had two questions the first being about question 8. #A it asks for my fiances social security number, which he doesnt have since he is Romanian and then the there is a box next to this that writes "#A" what are they asking for?

My other question is on number 15, can you put more then one phone number? Like a home phone and a cell phone?

Advanced thanks to all those that take time to read my questions!

The "A#" is the Alien Registration Number which he may or may not have - if he never had one, leave it blank or write "None."

Number 15 - put the best number and leave it at that. It's unlikely they will call.

Write N/A if he doesn't have a Social Security Number. A# is the Alien Registration Number which appears on your Visa (at the bottom, the A# appears to be part of the annotation, but actually its not) and at the I797 Notice of Action sent to you when your petition for your fiance was approved.
