Hola amigos de visa journey estoy preocupada por que la ultima notificacion que recibi fue un rfe envie correctamente los documentos que me pidieron desde que envie los documentos que me pidieron no he vuelto a recibir mas nada quisiera saber que ha pasado con la visa de trabajo. El 18 de junio fue que la oficina de chicago received los papeles del ajuste de status donde se envio la I-485, I-765, 1-131 y 1-864. La persona que este igual que yo que me ayude se lo voy agradecer.

Creo que se refiere al permiso de trabajo y no a una visa de trabajo.

Lo mejor es que llame al USCIS para saber si recibieron el RFE que usted les envió. Hasta que no procesen el RFE no le aprueban el I-765 para recibir el permiso de trabajo.

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

Los casos ahora estan mas atrasados debido a que la fuerza de trabajo del USCIS esta enfocada en avanzar en los formularios N-400 debido a las elecciones. Si no le han enviado nada estaran trabajando en ello, llame o bien registrese en la pagina del USCIS. Muchas personas no pueden ver sus casos online pero eso no es de preocuparse.

No es un visado de trabajo es el permiso de trabajo.
