Im trying to fill out the form typing coz i think its better than writing its clearer and neater to do.but i cant fit some of the info in the box where you put the answer.how can i fit the information in the box so i can just print it out.is there a way to download the form in a fillable version?

Type in what you can - then hand-write anything that won't fit.

To my knowledge, the boxes don't expand based on the info you're trying to write. I completed the form online, except for some address info that would not fit in the provided spaces. Then I printed it without an issue. If something won't fit in a box, you can attach a piece of paper with the question# and write the answer. In the box, write "See attachment #". That should give you plenty of space to write clearly.

I've experienced the same but what I did is I just type in what fits in the box then I attached a supplemental paper writing the item number, item category and the answer with the whole words that didn't fit the box.
