AOS

My k-3 visa is up in november and i havent filed for aos yet. Im mailing it off this week. Will this be "frowned" upon? Also , what about my EAD? Will i have to renew it ..do i renew it along with the aos? Any input on this matter would be appreciated.

i guess what im asking is...do i just get an extension or do i go through the whole process again to get a new EAD and maybe lose my job because the old one will run out before i recieve a new one

You will file a new I-765...

When does your current EAD expire?

If your application is pending and your EAD expires, you can probably go to the local USCIS office to get a stamp so you can keep working until the renewal application is adjudicated...
