The NVC received my DS 3032 on September 15th according to the AVR, so I called an Operator and she said that they received it but had not processed it, therefore I cannot pay the IV Fee Bill online until they send it out in the mail.

How long does this processing take?

We paid our IV bill two days ago online and the status changed to "in process". The next day (yesterday) it showed as "paid" so we sent the DS230 package. I went back to the website today out of curiousity and the status has reverted to "not paid"?? The money has been taken from our account and the operator said the $400 was received so Im not too worried (yet lol) but wondered if anyone else has heard of this happening? Seems very strange!

OK I called again and apparently this second lady said she will need to refer our case to a supervisor. She can see the payment has been taken from us but it has not yet been applied to our case I knew things were too good to be true lol. Im worried as we've already sent off our DS-230... urggh

As long as it allowed you to print out the receipt and the cover page you'll be ok. Every receipt has transaction id where they can track your money! dont worry

I am waiting for mine to go from Processing to paid as we speak as well !!!!!!!

Woo hoo! My AOS bill reflects a "paid" status. So I'll send my AOS documentation in tomorrow. :-)

All of this worry about dependents for AOS (that's affidavit of support if anyone's confused with the multiple AOSs we have) -- I only put down my two girls and interestingly, I only claimed one of them last year as my ex-husband and I split them for tax purposes. So, does this mean I'll get an RFE because I put down 2?

Further, my husband has 2 boys who may or may not follow (I'm hoping may but that's up to them and their mother). Should I include them? Or would that make someone at NVC's head spin because they'll wonder where I'm getting these numbers? My income can handle it. So it is just a matter of providing an answer that won't upset NVC.

I want to mail this tomorrow so any guidance would be helpful.

If your income can handle your spouse and 4 kids, I highly doubt that listing your 2 girls will prompt an RFE.

As for the boys, if you didn't file an I-130 for them, I wouldn't add them in the equation. If you did file for their immigration, then include them.

MY update for today...

Got the "False RFE" on the automated voice system.

Spoke to an operator, she confirmed that my AOS (I-864) review passed, and that they just entered the IV (DS-230) and the automated system hasn't updated.

Today being Thursday, I don't expect a case complete before Tuesday.

We'll be in NYC for Monday & Tuesday...will be nice to celebrate the case complete there.

ok so my wife went to get the PCC today but she did not go to the police station, she went to the court and got it..the same day. It was in Albanian, English and Serbian.

They said she has to pay 25 euros to get it stamped.
